Omg forgot to say when I was stood at CS desk I heard the unmistakeable sound of a fist hitting a face, there 2 6ft plus blokes were having a full on punch up blood splattering everywhere security guard was 4 foot away telephoning someone but not moving at all, me and another lady were trapped behind the barriers, it was really scary. I got a golden as we were all so shook up

I thought I'd have another go at printing my remaining vouchers the ink needed changing, its Dell so i don't think any of the recycling advice applies. New black ink cartridge & print thingie won't give me print in B & W option so my coupons are using up the last of my colour ink
