I've been taking advantage of Tesco's <cough> generosity since the very early R&R days in around 2005 I think it was, so I'm a bit more of an old hand at it than you think :rotfl:

So you was the one that got all those xboxes...:rotfl:

Did you have a bash at H&B...?

  • Hi everyone,

Sorry its a bit late but Happy Birthday to freddiesmum09 :bdaycake: oooo how exciting I have just found all the extra smilies :cool2:

Glad to hear you've had a nice day except for the dentist eeek .

For my 21st birthday I had been hoping for a nice little keepsake present but instead I got a new engine for my car :( !!

Thankyou...the last bit made me laugh.. I got so spoilt so am feeling very lucky. My parents aren't the type to spoil us (I mean not one of the type of parents to spent over £50 on bday pressies, as I know so many parents including myself do lol!) but today got such a shock.. They had allready paid for tickets for me to see swan lake which were not cheap and that was my main pressie, so just expected to get a couple of smellies etc but turned up and they had just gone compeltley mad... my dad had brought balloons, got a beautiful pearl bracelet, earrings, face creams, one of those neck warmers cos I am constantly aching... and of course the practical side of my mum decided I also needed gardening gloves (pink and floral of course:rotfl:) and wait for it... most exciting present of all..... gardening shears... :rotfl:
Think my Mum may be hinting that my garden needs work :rotfl:
  • Just had a look on my ssm and one of my my love 2 shop vouchers has changed to redeemed :). All the others still say processing - it was the first one I won (someone favourties your shopping tip). Hope all the others change soon.

Thank you, just checked mine, one in the middle of them (£10 L2S voucher) has changed to redeemed. Still got <cough> a few more I'm waiting for though.

Well I did tap her on the shoulder:o:o:obecause I was looking over her shoulder to try and see what the prices were coming up at and I said excuse me twice but she didnt answer because she was too busy scanning so I tapped her on the shoulder, It was gently I promise:o:o:o

The mood I've been in this week i may have started an argument:eek: by asking her how much of the reduced stock she is allowed to take & why if they were hers did she need to scan them, they weren't hers till she'd paid for them surely.

Mine is a £10 one too - hopefully they are starting with the smaller vouchers first. I have quite a few too.
