Then I spotted them.....two sets of phones with OOD SEL from 15th january lol. I took one set so I could use a couple of nice spend and saves I had and left the other for a 'rainy day'.
saw some phones with OOd sel today but scanned at lower price:(:(
For goodness sake you two !!
It's now time to move on to another film.....suggestions on a postcard please:D
was just going to suggest that you two get a private room lol!ChelseaGirl wrote: »Had quite a productive day today. Found loads of the 18p Illooms that hadn't been on the shelf before, so I grabbed a few packs but left lots on the shelf.
Got one pack of the 1p BBQ Basa fillets. There were quite a few there, but I only took one cos I don't know whether I'll like them. Got the last pack of the 1p chicken skewers.
My Comfort coupons wouldn't scan, so a young SA came over and tried to put the barcode in manually. Still didn't work, so he asked how much the Comfort bottles were and I said £1, so he took £1 off for each bottle rather than 75p. Yay! Free Comfort
careful coupon police don't get onto you;)
right so i phoned customer services about my coke DTD, explained that i picked up 6 and SA gave me another 2 but baiscally resold them to me at the offer price, HO chap said he would send me a money card in the post:T:T:T:T:T:T
i am shocked:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: because my last telephone complaint i got a total telephone trout who made me take my goods and receipt to my nearest tesco express (original store too far away) to prove i had bought them. Today this guy wasn't bothered at all, just took my word for it. I was gobsmacked, anyone could just ring up and claim a DTD?!:D:D:D

Hello all
Haven't caught up and I'm not going to, the even the idea of skim-reading 44 pages is making my eyes hurt!
3dogs/Spiralling down - Both of your stories remind me of my mum, it will be the 10 year anniversary of her death on Tuesday.
She died in a hospice from cancer and the last time I saw her compus-mentus was with one of my brothers, she said her goodbyes to us, I don't remember what she said to me, I just remember standing on the other side of the double room she had to herself while she said to my brother (the elder of the two) "I hope I've been a good mother to you", my brother isn't an emotional sort so when he broke down I completely lost it, how I didn't howl out loud is beyond me.
I went to see her on my own a couple of times after that but she fell into a very deep sleep, she couldn't be woken, apparently sometimes she was 'awake' and would look around with relative alertness but wouldn't say or do anything, I don't think they fed her after that as there was no point, her body was shutting down, perhaps they gave her food-type milkshakes or something, I don't know.
Either way I would go in the evenings and just sit there reading a magazine and eating my sandwiches, sometimes reading aloud but often I was just there.
On 20th Feb I couldn't decide whether to go, I thought there was no point as she didn't know I was there, but something made me go, and I was glad I did, because at around 4am the following morning I got the call to say she'd died. I burst into tears, it was such a shock, which makes no sense at all
After waking the elder of my two brothers up, we sat in my bed together, waiting until the youngest woke up as we agreed there was no point in waking him, we'd tell him when he got up for school.
I joked to my brother that it was "bloody typical of her, she knows how I hate getting up early!" and we had a chuckle over that.
She was only 54. Admittedly I don't have pictures of her around or go to her graveside a lot but she's with me all the time, I reckon that answers her question. :ANo Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

OMG Ive caught up at last :eek::eek: only took me on and off all day
Now ive done that Im very tempted to do a quick trip to mr T? But Ive got my pj's on.....should I shouldnt I???, and mines got a scanner tooThe art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have0 -
Well done everyone on DTDs today, was in my local shortly before closing last night and tons of SELs were missing so didnt bother today, managed to womble 2 £1 JTDs while I was there:rotfl:
Anyway went to visit my mum today and saw she'd received her cc vouchers, she normally shops at Mr S so I was teasing her at only having £5 (not even gonna say what mine is but I only get mine at xmas anyway) when she turned and asked me.............wait...........what do I do with those as I normally chuck them out:eek::eek::eek::eek:
Well when I gathered myself off the floor and DD mentioned what a funny colour I had turned, I had to explain to her that she had been basically chucking out money for YEARS!!!!
Registered her CC online and checked her unused vouchers.....almost £50 in the last 3 years so who knows how much she had before that:mad:
Managed to print them off for her, trimmed them and put them in her purse, explaining in detail on how to hand them to SA when she next pays for her shop!!! Bet she forgets or I get an emergency call from Ts sometime in the next week:rotfl:
Well done you on geting them for her, I bet she was well happy:T:T:TJust got back and now Mr Lala thinks it's even funnier because I didnt get a single DTD! They'd stuck walloping great big signs at the front of every aisle saying something along the lines of they had a national pricing problem and their offers were not be working and you would be charged the higher price!!! So went to another T's and they were still running round like headless chickens pulling SELS and someone was on the phone trying to explain obviously to a customer that if he came in store tomorrow he would sort the problem out(Didnt know you could phone into the store) They were moving stuff onto shelves at the front of the store and their were lots of suits around there discussing things so obviously I got a bit close;)and one of them was saying "But that won't work on that one so I think their could be problems with it tomorrow" Don't know what he was talking about but could be a few glitches or things going wrong tomorrow:T:T Off to catch up on the things so see you all tomorrow,
Night night everyone
Night night Happy my little :Ano more mail for today;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
