3Dogs - I don't think you're being selfish re-homing Billy, it would be selfish not to if you know you're going to struggle to take care of him. I rehomed my family's goldie Lucy after my mum died, god I wanted to keep her, I loved her so much, but it just wasn't fair on her, she had a dog sitter for a few hours a day but I was commuting 1hr to work and would be gone for up to 10 hours a day. Rehoming her was the best thing, you know in your gut that keeping him isn't going to work in this current situation and I really feel for you having to do this, but you are making the right decision and you should feel proud of yourselves for having the strength to do the right thing. (((Hugs))) to you both xxxxxbiscuitmad wrote: »Who was it that used to do funny poems?

Was in the CS queue today when a guy, obviously not so well off, asked the staff member why his £6 & £4 voucher wouldn't work on a £40 microwave. He'd been refused at the tills and the man there had said the vouchers must have been for groceries.. He paid anyway with cash, went to CS and explained that the voucher is eligible with Electrical Goods..
..Lady confirmed he was right, though pointed out his voucher was 2 days out of date. Guy asked for a refund for microwave as he couldn't afford it without vouchers. Felt gutted for himWould have given him the £10 myself if I could afford it..
Earlier whilst in the queue to pay for my items, Till Lady rather excitedly told every customer it was her last day working for T's. She looked delighted! Asked me if I was collecting the knifes vouchers, to which I replied 'Sure' and she gave me 20 for a £20 spend! So if anyone needs knife vouchers, PM me I'll post em!0
