HC - have you wet the bed ?????

No, just got up early to say "good morning" to see what sort of response it would get. I then went back to bed.

  • Found a sel with 1p on today but shelf was empty it was for the stocking fillers lip gloss that were in a little tower, they have a label on with a little stocking.(I bought one last month at 50p)
Also got little purple organza bags with 6 mini soaps in sel said 50p scanned at 1p

I bought loads of those at 50p a few weeks ago for party bags for my daughters birthday in May, totally wish i'd waited now.

Never mind if any1 finds anything else that would be good for party bags please let me know:)

Morning Happy didn't I see something about Grampian Housing coming for an inspection & you had to do a bit of cleaning. Is that why you are up ? Was it dentists yesterday ? Did it go well ?

Waiting to go out & raid smiths & Tesco but tummy a bit funny waiting for it to calm down. Too many strawberries last night methinks :o

Yeah, I really need to get on with some cleaning as I don't know when they are going to come. I can't say no as fair play to them they have done as I asked and given me notice but not as much as I'd have preferred. Then again, I don't know how long the letter has lay on the coffee table before I got around to opening it.:rotfl:

Dentist was yesterday. The woman that did the scaling and polishing would make a good butcher! she touched a tooth I didn't know was dodgy and I nearly went through the roof. Despite this she kept on going.:eek: I then asked her if she could let my dentist know what tooth it was so she could take a look at it in my afternoon appointment "that's not my job!" she snapped. Won't be seeing you again I thought.

    :hello: Happy ...

... BTW my DS (2yr 4 months) won't say his own name when he's referring to himself he insists on calling himself "Happy". It kind of sounds like his name but obviously not .. his twin sister can manage say his name. Last night I called him Happy instead of xxxx and he shrieked with laughter :rotfl:

Just run in really quickly but Smiths is working for me, got £75 in gift vouchers so far, but towards the end the SA said to the other SA I need a break for the loo and came back with the manager!!!Who walked over to me while I was looking at the cards and said "Can I help you?":eek::eek::eek::eek:Made a swift departure I'm not that brave to argue for it with a manager, just off to another smiths now though;)

Its always so dead in there, they should be thankful to have a customer !

    THANK-YOU....... :j:j:j
Just back from W.H.Smiths and gift cards still working. Managed to get £96.03 on gift cards and 25 greeting cards. The staff were so friendly and had no problems doing the transactions. Started with 2 then went to 4 and at the end was doing 7 cards a time. Apparently they have this offer quite often according to the staff who told me to keep popping in and looking for signs above the greeting cards. It's a fantastic offer and I wish I could thank the original person who posted it. :T:T Am tempted to go back but think that would be too greedy...:rotfl:

I'm sure this has been asked before but can I use more than one SSMC coupon of £1 off Oral B brush heads they are very expensive, I need some & I can see anywhere on the coupon that says you can only use one.

Technically you should be able too but it depends how much 'negotiating' you're willing to do with the SA. If you haven't printed it off recently there is another Oral-B coupon (£2 I think) on the main SSM website. If it's anything like the others it will have a slightly different barcode and you will be able to use one of each at least.

I think someone said that they also price check with A's?

Well done everyone on getting the WHS cards shame some of you not having any luck or getting stopped.

Can you buy giftcards on shelf service tills as my local has a row of these now. Just thought it might make things a little easier if I picked a busy time. ;)
