I've just worked out that I was probably in WHSmith for an hour or so today - came home with £93 worth of giftcards and 26 greeting cards?:eek::eek: I got more today value-wise than I did in the Boots vitamin glitch and that was over 4 stores!

That's a good rate of pay!! I'm going back tomorrow!

Ok... Now Im Welsh.... so can you please explain slowly... :rotfl::rotfl:

    How did you do this?
What was the initial outlay and how much did you profit???
Im trying to work out if its worth me driving 22 miles tomorrow to pick up on this deal...

    Lol!!

You have to buy 1 greetings card, they start from 65p but the cheapest I found was £1.89. When you pay you can also buy a £15 giftcard but pay £10 for it. So my initial outlay was £11.89.

Then you use the £15 gift card to pay for the 2nd lot and so on so basically it's however many times you want to do it.They had no problem me doing it all all, either it didn't register with them or it's just no problem anyway. Each time you are "up" by the difference between the cost of the greeting card and the £5 free giftcard credit.

You can either hang onto all the giftcards with the "change" on them or each time I did it 4 times I used the cards with change on them to pay and kept the new £15 card aside. I ended up with 6 x £15 cards and one with change and 26 cards!:T
The original thread is here..I have thanked the OP profusely!!

I am so glad I had the day off work today but it actually doesn't take very long to make a very good profit on this deal if you have half an hour to pop in...

And I think it's easier to understand than the Boots glitch- even Boots never understood that!!

I just received the call to arms from Snap , she's up in T's on the egg hunt (during lunch break - she's dedicated) ..when I arrived the trolley was laden with eggs and clothes , the sale is in full swing ...(I returned the clothes to the rail - jeepers I have enough to wear) , mens jackets down from£40 to £5 ;trousers down to £2 but carried a bag of eggs home plus the RTC expensive Ginger Beers - non alcoholic ....

when we arrived at check out the person in front of us had loads of clothes and Snap said in not so hushed tones - clothes aren't really cheap until they reach a pound !
I think she has the bug ...meeting her there at 5;40 ..
