Try plugging the memory card in to your computer and see if they show. Whilst the memory card is plugged in check the contents of your recycle bin. I have known in the past that when I've deleted something on a memory card then plugged it in to my Mac the deleted items either appear in a 'recycled/trash' folder on the card or in the recycle bin itself.
Thanks HC just checked my recycle bin and items in there but none off my card and cant find a trash folder in the sd card f file. Never mind, was worth a try. Have to ask round all family to create a new album of ds2

I can't remember how to do it on windows but there is a way to show hidden system files. Whether that would show up the trash on the card or not I don't know....
Ask your question again on here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/47093111#Comment_47093111 and see if they can suggest anything. Someone might be able to suggest a free or cheap data recovery tool that you can download.0 -
I know lots of peeps on this thread having tough times with loved ones at the moment, hugs to you all.
I've had more bad news today my mum has developed pneumonia again in hospital and we are waiting to see how she responds tonight, also my hubbys dad has severe emphysema and is pretty unwell - he made the decision some time ago not to be admitted to hospital and is bed ridden at home - they have started given him methadone he already can self administer morphine, so things not looking good there either.
Sorry to bring the thread down, I have got two parents evenings to get through Mon/Tues 15 parents each night - don't know how I'm going to do it.
Sounds like you need a big hug yourself. Thinking of you, your mum and FIL and hope that things improve for them both.
And will be sending some positive thoughts your way to help you get through your parents evenings, I'm sure some more Elite 11 +ers will join me, joint efforts do wonders.0 -

If a sd card has had all the pics erased through a digital camera (by a toddler) do you know how to recover them, if they can be at all? I;m gutted I hadnt uploaded them for ages so nearly half my babys life gone
I had this happen and downloaded a free program called photo saver, it got back all my photos but couldn't retrieve videos, the link is here...

Unfortunately it's no longer free but it's not too expensive if you're talking about the possible loss of so many photosNo Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I guess mens hair can be a bit coarser but believe me so is grey hair!!I don't think hairdressers use different types of dye. Black was one of the colours on offer at Sainsburys, I got pure brown, think another was pure darkest brown so would not be surprised if the black was called pure black but I can't remember exactly but the darkest brown one looked like your colour in pic. I think I might have to open a hairdressers, I cannot resist a hair colour bargain. Have about 15 under the bed now varying dark shades. :rotfl:

:rotfl:I have to resist stocking up as I only dye my hair about 3 times a year, it needs it more regularly I suppose but as my hair is only sprouting the odd grey and my hair is naturally black dyed either purple, brown or black, root re-growth doesn't notice really!
These are my favourite colours.......

....and (this is the one I'm using next, comes out a really lovely multi-toned colour not helmet-head as some blacks can)

My natural hair colour was almost black with natural auburn highlights, but the natural highlights were the first to start turning grey when I was 21. I blame my dad's genes. I used the same colour for over 10 years a Nice and Easy Natural Dark Auburn but with all the bargains have got a bit more adventurous. :rotfl:
Love the purple shade, If I had seen that sort of shade while bargain hunting would definitely have bought but mine are more reddish and chocolatey shades. Bit like going to the sweet shop choosing the next shade.0 -

See that's why I don't buy in advance, I always like to make my mind up just before dyeing....No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023
