Go to 'System Preferences' (Apple logo top left>System Preferences)

Click on 'Security & Privacy'


Select 'Firewall' then 'Start' then 'Preferences'


Then make sure the following options are ticked.




To take a screenshot simply press cmd+shift+3 for a full screen shot or cmd+shift+4 to select a partial area to screenshot.

I'm sure I've read on this thread that duplicate receipts can be requested ... does this have to be done at the till as you pay or could I ask tomorrow for the one I've lost this evening?

I've looked EVERYWHERE and I can't find it ... maybe someone from here as wombled it? :rotfl:

You can request it at CS but I think you need to know the time you were in at and the till number.

Thanks HC I'll ask tomorrow ... I know the time within 2/3 mins and vaguely the till (one of the SS tills) ... so it's worth a try. At least the bottle of Grouse (i.e. that unwanted birthday present ) gives me a half decent reason for wanting a duplicate.
