Hiya guys - settled back home now :D My train was 10 mins late leaving Newcastle and 22 mins late getting to P'boro and I then got a taxi home (£30.80 + £1.20 tip = £32   tip sounds mean but at least he got a good long fare tonight ;) Dropped my case at home and went round to my disabled neighbour's for a cuppa she had put the kettle on ready after I text to see if she was up ;) then home and sorted through all the mail and had a sarnie before coming on here

I had rung the hospital ward before I left at 5.20 pm and the nurse said Mr 3Dogs had just that minute come back from theatre, that he was drowsy and nauseous but they were going to give him something for that. She couldn't tell me anything about his op data protection  but, when I said I wouldn't be home till after 10 pm tonight, she said that visiting for next of kin would be 2 pm to 8 pm, excluding evening meal time

I haven't heard from Mr 3Dogs but I am sure that he would have slept a lot after his op due to going without much sleep for nearly 2 weeks ;) I am so looking forward to going over to see him tomorrow :j :j

Hope Mr 3 Dogs recovers well from the op, though I have to confess I gave up skim-reading so I don't know what the op was....:o. How is your mum doing?
LMAO, some of your remarks do get me tittering away! :D

Hehe, well I have a very basic sense of humour :D

Oh yes, our local was Salisbury, remember my brother being about 2 and getting lost in there (I thought he was with mum, mum thought he was with me), we found him outside playing on the swings!

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

It seems you can get the Clairol NNE conditioners seperately for 98p so people have been getting these, apparently you don't need to buy anything else, but obviously you don't get the change.
