Oop, just realised something re the boots coupons. Both the manager and me stared at these receipts working it out and neither of us realised at the time, I've only just noticed it now.
Now this is how it played out.......AN IMPORTANT NOTE TO THOSE WITH SSM BOOTS COUPONS
I used mine today on Herbal Essences 400ml bottles which are down to £1.74 (discounted by £1.75 each), now the £1 coupon came off fine off each time (in seperate transactions) HOWEVER Boots didn't discount the product properly!
Now here's where it gets a bit complicated....
On the first receipt with many other offers on it, it discounted it only by 63p and on the receipt with just the HE bottle on it, it discounted it by £1.25.
At first I accepted the assistant's explanation (I had only noticed that the seperate one was wrong at this point) that because it was half price, I was only being given half the discount i.e. 50p off the £1.74 price of the bottle instead of £1. But while I was in the pharmacy queue I realised that they could go back to the manufacturer and ask for £1 when they'd only given me 50p (hadn't realised what had happened with the boots discount at this point).
I got one of the assistants to get the shop floor manager and we both worked it out (seperately) that I was owed £1.62, and she happily put it onto my advantage card in points which is fine by me.
Just check, it may only happen on the HE products but I doubt it somehow!
HOWEVER I've just noticed that the 63p discount was the 25% toiletries coupon not the 1/2 price HE deduction, and there is a further £1.25 deduction on the receipt.
So out of the two receipts......
HE price (for 2) £6.98
Minus 63p and 1.25 incorrect half price reduction (£1.88)
Minus correction £1.62
Minus unnoticed other reduction £1.25
Minus two £1 coupons
TOTAL = 23p for both!!! :T
Feel a bit bad but it wasn't on purpose and neither of us realised despite studying the receipts in depth. I could go back and say but I think the manager would be happy for me to leave it, I did ask her if she wanted to check the 25% off thing at the time but she said no, I get the impression she was happy for me to take the £1.62 in clubcard points and leave her alone :rotfl:No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

Can I use them? They don't have his name on. I assume I can but might be mistaken.
If I can then they will go nicely with my JTD voucher tomorrow!

Haven't been on since yesterday morning due to first being busy and second because I ended up in A&E from 7 pm yesterday until 3.30 am this morning
We went to the skateboarding park with the older kids from our after school club last night, I'd just walked in the gate but didn't see a tiny step and tripped on it, landed on my face and knocked myself out! Have now got a very cut and bruised face, nothing broken just dreading seeing the kids this afternoon.
I keep forgetting how sore my face is and go to rub or scratch it then end up in agony and only just remember about the cuts and bruises :rotfl:
Oh, hun I hope you are ok nowand I'm sure when they all see that you actually hurt yourself, they will be nice

You can use the instore vouchers as long as you use your dads clubcard too, the vouchers are linked to his clubcard.
I had some given to me, I took their clubcard and the voucher was accepted.
Hope that helps0 -
