    Thank you. That has never happened to me before, everything happens really quickly. Before I knew it I was stopped with my hazard lights on, but I dont really remember exactly how I did it! :o

    Good Morning to you all,
    Thought I would say hi before I try to catch up - that will teach me to take a day off MSE! I'm feeling really good today, and starting my Rosemary C diet. The bacon's cooking, the weigh-in has been done. I am aiming for a stone and a half loss for my niece's wedding and hen night. I notice many on here are doing well on diets, so I hope I can manage too. Right, off I go to have a whizz through yesterday! All the best to everyone.
