Yesterday in my local express store I bought 2 bottles of comfort, scanned the coupons, 1st one went through fine, 2nd one needed authorisation.
Today I needed authorisation on 1 coupon :eek:

Morning all and ((hugs)) to those in need right now, you know who you are.

On the printer issue that I had, I can now report back and tell you ........... :o:o:o

Son had a look and he took the black and cyan cartridges out so he could get hold of yellow. He then asked me for a torch?? By now I'm well puzzled as I've never needed a torch to replace inks.
Well, it seems that someone had inserted ink and had left the little little plastic wedge thing in cartridge. Me, who me? I don't think so :o:o:o
Anyway all's well that end well, this morning I'm admitting it must have been me 'cos nobody else replaces inks. Yea yeah I get it ....... I'm a numpty too and don't get called 'jackass' for nowt
