Don't know what you've installed but it wasn't Malwarebytes but it looks like you clicked on the ad above.
From the link I posted, you want Download locations (middle-ish of screen) and then pick one of those.
It's a free program that's free to update.
You might want to try this link instead:
http://majorgeeks.com/downloadget.php?id=5756&file=15&evp=693ee0b20204960edfd909666f809b26
but don't click on anything unless you get the I.E. warning bar at the top about downloading files.

I think you need to do one thing at a time. Install MBAM, update it and run it, see what it finds and post the log.
Forget about toolbar logos for now.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Hello Gailey
I have seen a lot of your posts, especially on the grocery challenge and think you are doing a great job.
I have noticed that you can't use your printer (so can't print any coupons) because of a laptop problem and wonder if you have tried the following:
Click the Windows logo (bottom left of computer) In the search box type System Restore and then follow instructions. Putting in a previous date when you didn't have a problem can sometimes sort your computer out. If this fails you can always try going back to Factory Settings, which can cause its own problems as you will lose everything on your computer.
Best of luck Iris0
