Disc? Can you expand on this? Where do you want to upload pictures to/from? If you are saying your camera has no storage I guess you may be out of luckFriendly greeting!0

Does your PC have a card reader slot in the front, for Compact Flash/SD? If you can get the memory card out of the camera, then simply insert it into your PC (switch the PC on of course), and Windows should then come up with some options to download the images. If you have a USB lead to connect to the camera, then plug one end into the slot on the camera (usually a small connection), and the other end into the PC (usually USB slots on the front.
NB Use either USB or card reader, not both.
Alternatively do an internet search for your camera or read the instruction manual.0 -
ive had a quick look on google for the model and it says huge onboard memory, im presuming as its sony you need the diisc that came with the camera as you probably need their software to get at the photos,
here is th elink to their support for that model,

it has huge memory so have not got an sd card with it.
have tried downlaoding from the sony site and looks like ive downladed all the right bits but then when it comes to loading them it says
cannot find a media file with sharemark 1
its the original disc i cannot find to load onto the computer
i have not got an sd card as it has a large memory
i have the usb cable from the camera to the computer but when i try to do it it just says cannot find a media file with sharemark 1
hope this explains it a bit better
thankyou for replysnow proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j0 -
So how did you do this before you lost the disk? Is this a new computer that does not have the software on it?
If you can connect the camera to the PC and it's recognised in Device Manager, the bespoke software shouldn't be necessary, you should just be able to copy over the JPEG's onto your hard drive as you would any other files.
Alternatively, buy an SD card, copy from the camera's internal memory to that, remove card, place in USB card reader connected to your PC.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Generally the camera softewear gives addtional features, plug it it with a USB lead and it should appear in "My Computer" as a memory, just drag & drop to wherever you want it on the computer.0
