Sky Broadband disconnects

Hi Everyone,
I have Skybroadband, tv and telephone. Everytime the landline telephone rings or a call is made out, the broadband connection is lost on the laptop and xbox. This is causing a lot of frustration as my two sons are avid xbox players and the connection is constantly lost!!
Anyone know what is causing this problem and how I can put it right?

Have you got an adsl filter on each phone and on the router connection0

Hi,
Just checked and there was no filter on the upstairs phone. Have put one on and it's sorted! Got two happy boys! (well, they grunted so I took that as a good sign! )

You must have a filter on all active extensions, including the one connected to your Sky box.No free lunch, and no free laptop
