    This bit below puts me off though as I have no paperwork and my loan ended/stopped being active OVER 6 years ago. Is it still worth me proceeding?

    Do as Di says about getting the account numbers,do a SAR if you have to,do not be put off,i and others on this site have won mis sell with loans from the 90s.
