I held an ISA with B&B. I revalued it on my records in March 2011.
I've no paperwork, no account number - just the value.
Any ideas as to how I'm going to track it down, Please?

There seems to have been a problem with these old accounts since Santander took over and can't find old records.

You could also contact Abbey National (part of Santander) as all B&B Savings accounts went to them.

Go to a Santander branch with photo ID and they can look up your customer record.
