Please Help Orange deal go wrong

i upgraded my plan through rention depart on 1st feb 2550 min, unlimted texts for 35 pounds with new phone. but i received my bill still on my old tariff. so i call rention department, they say they have no notes on the system about this tariff, but only phone upgrade. they say they going to put on next month as a good will no compensation. i have to wait four weeks to use that tariff. i can,t have pac code because i already upgrade the phone any help please thanks luke

Any email will go to the correspondents team and, while it will get actioned , will take time.
Call and escalate to a supervisor (SCA) and then a team leader and get them to review your first call on the system that records calls. If they refuse ask for their names and then the executive office address and write to them. The exec office will get it sorted for you.0 -
Orange only record limited calls. I don't think you will get far with the correspondence team or the supervisor. My advice is to email executive office. I have seen exec. email somewhere on moneyexpert. Someone else might direct you to email address?
