    Aggressive deleveraging is why America's growth is starting to rise rapidly, while the UK will be going nowhere until 2020.

    As your mortgage obligation end as soon as you hand in the keys, it makes sense to walk away in USA

    Yes absolutely 100% correct, you only have to hear about the Merlin project on the news, they exceeded the spending target by £26m yet the BBC opened with 'one billion short fall for SMSE failing to mention that it actually lent £74.5 Billion missing the target by less than 2%

    BBC news is now very one (left wing) sided.

    Not as bad as our secretary used to think though!
