BT Broadband -Pants Service

I have just had a nightmare two weeks with BT when my 1mb connection was “upgraded” to 2mb without my asking for it.

I was left with no connection for two weeks and no one gave a damn I now have my original 1mb connection back but have received another letter from BT patting themselves on the back for “successfully upgrading me” .

I want to complain to the Top Man the one who sends me those annoying letter telling me what a great job BT are doing to upgrade me for free.

His name is Gavin Patterson Group MD Consumers & Ventures I have tried various permutations of email addresses but they have all bounced back , has anybody got his email address , if indeed he exists at all, I know some companies invent names for marketing purposes.

I use BT broadband and for 2 years had an online booking form (supplied by BT) on my website running very well. Then one day last week it stopped working. Since then they've failed to mend it. Their support team seems incapable of solving it.

Anyone know where to get a cheap on line booking form?
