Afternoon all, Happy Birthday Vanilla :)
I've done all the bedrooms today and also dusted the living room and computer desk and vacuumed through downstairs too. Two loads of washing out on the line.
Been for my walk and scraped up enough money to buy a newspaper which I've read now.0 -
Dusty Kitten oops, sorry I missed your birthday.... hope it was fab.:o Oh, and congrats to your DS on passing his Theory Test.:o
Vanilla Hoppy Birdday.:D
Wednesday is Bathroom Day in the Wolf's Lair.... the bath is already done by Mr LW (and had another thorough clean after we coloured my hair Monday night) so just the sink and loo and the tiles etc to do.
However.... I think Flying will be minimal til Monday, because Dylan is here!:D He's BIG, and loves people - at the moment, wherever I'm standing, I have his nose virtually up my backside!:rotfl:
He's a real sweetie though, and I think he's going to be a pleasure to look after.:o
Dancemum (((HUGS))) I sort of understand what you mean - I never went through a broody stage (don't have a maternal bone in me) but it's the whole "where did the years go?" thing, isn't it? I realise with some horror that come May, I shall have been with Mr LW for a decade! I thing Pink Floyd put it very succinctly: "And then one day you find / Ten years have got behind you / No-one told you when to run / You missed the starting gun"If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Afternoon all
Managed a fair amount of tidying before I went out. Osteo done, Mr T done - hate that shop and was only enticed by £9 off £60.
Took a big step to moving myself up the pecking order at home and have booked a new pilates class on Friday - it is a free 1 hour trial and then you can pay as you go, most here are courses. It is expensive but I'm thinking if I go once a fortnight it will be less expensive and better than nothing and if I'm really good and do some in between it could work out.
Time to tidy the kitchen after lunch, put wm on and then clean the bathroom and shower room - all by 2pm is my plan! The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Since my last post i have
Made bed
Tidied my desk
Cleared drainer
Cleaned kitchen sink
Cleaned washing up bowl
Washed up
Wiped sides
Wiped table
Wiped hob
Cleaned bin lid
Took dry washing off airer & folded
Reshuffled damp stuff on airer
Wm x 1
Put a load of washing on airer
I'm starving now so off to make some lunch and mess the kitchen up again. :cool:0 -
