The OP hasn't made it clear what this car is about. Is it taxed? Is it new/old, is it likely to be worth anything? Is there anything in it?
If the car is good and looks legal, the suggestion that it has been left in the wrong driveway, as suggested by the last poster, is a definite possibility.0 -
