  • You don't need to wait for OTA updates. You can download the latest update directly from Humax here http://www.humaxdigital.com/uk/support/downloadcenter_model.aspx?category_seq=63# if you need them. As already suggested, check your version of software first.

I have had a PVR 9200T for years now and on the occasions it throws a wobbly I put it back to default settings and then carry out a channel search. You won't lose any recorded programmes but you will lose your scheduled ones. I'm not familar with the 9300T but can't imagine it's a lot different to my one. The Humax website is well worth looking at too.
  • Have tried the above mentioned suggestions and we are still missing recordings that are being set.
    Any more ideas ??

Here is the full procedure for resetting the Humax Unit:

    2. Disconnect the Aerial cable (Just the Arial cable)
    3. Power On the receiver (with the Arial still disconnected)
    4. Press MENU
    5. Select Installation
    6. Enter your password (default = 0000)
    7. Select Default Setting
    8. Select YES
    9. Enter your password (Default = 0000)
    10. When the receiver restarts, power off (turn the power off before automatic search)
    11. Connect the Aerial Cable
    12. Power ON - the receiver will then search for the channels.
    13. Once channel search is finished a ‘Save’ option will become available,
    14. Finished
Please note that once step 13 is finished and you save the results, please leave it on BBC1 for ten minutes and the guide will be fully populated.
Please note also that performing a default setting may change the screen ratio to 4:3 if this happens please try the following,
    1. Menu,
    2. Preferences,
    3. AV control,
    4. Press ok on screen ratio to change from 4:3 to 16:9 then press exit,
