  • Hi can you keep me informed of this please?, I upgraded a year ago onto a 18month contract and wondered when I could up grade me phone as I know you can upgrade early and discovered they signed me up to a 24month contract, when I quiried this they said provide the e mail from a year ago stating the contract and then they will look into it, who keeps e mails that old?
They can give me proof of my contract and I cant give them proof so where does that leave us?
    cheers

It's normal to keep some record of your contract? If they have proof that it was 24m and you have no paperwork at all, then you don't really have much of a case.
Even if it was 18m, I believe that you can't upgrade on Voda until the last 50 days of your contract-so about 16.5 months in.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
