Hi can you keep me informed of this please?, I upgraded a year ago onto a 18month contract and wondered when I could up grade me phone as I know you can upgrade early and discovered they signed me up to a 24month contract, when I quiried this they said provide the e mail from a year ago stating the contract and then they will look into it, who keeps e mails that old?
They can give me proof of my contract and I cant give them proof so where does that leave us?
cheersMy Wins for 2020, :T0 -
It's normal to keep some record of your contract? If they have proof that it was 24m and you have no paperwork at all, then you don't really have much of a case.
Even if it was 18m, I believe that you can't upgrade on Voda until the last 50 days of your contract-so about 16.5 months in.No free lunch, and no free laptop
