Generally, a basic mobile on Tesco monthly rolling contract is a norm rather than a luxury nowadays.0 -

By definition, contracts are not capped - there may be a monthly charge but this covers inclusive elements provided as part of the package, it certainly isn'r a recognised credit 'limit' - for this, only PAYG provides any protection from running up an unreasobable bill.0
