    Unlike landline, mobile is a personal thing and is not supposed to be shared.
    Generally, a basic mobile on Tesco monthly rolling contract is a norm rather than a luxury nowadays.

    By definition, contracts are not capped - there may be a monthly charge but this covers inclusive elements provided as part of the package, it certainly isn'r a recognised credit 'limit' - for this, only PAYG provides any protection from running up an unreasobable bill.

    think you have done well to get the bill reduced to the level you have. time to draw a line under it and move on.
