Electric Meter Replacement
Comments

Welcome to the wonders of the utility privatisation. EDF will be your DNO as others have said.0

EDF no longer are a DNO, they are a supplier and a meter operator. The DNO areas that they used to cover are now UK Power Networks0

This can also turn into a farce. Eon have been trying to change my meter for 18 months. At first visit the meter change company arrived and couldn't do it as YEDL need to replace some equipment first. Eon are supposed to arrange this. So every so often I get a letter with a meter exhange date, I ring them up and explain why this is impossible and they promise to get it resolved. As you can guess nothing happens.0
