To all that have bought from the chinese.......
Before you do anything daft like cancelling the order....
Talk to your card provider. Either DEBIT or CREDIT
There are options open. But when you cancel you remove a lot of protection to get your money back.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -

Hi,
I just bought a pair of UGG boots from ugg-ukstore.co.uk. The pictures looked real but when the boots arrived...surprise! fake!!
I contacted the seller and requested a refund!! I also gave them the reasons for which I requested the refund, and after a few emails, they agreed to refund me 40% of the £77.44 I paid for the boots. ..Just sending the boots back to Hong Kong will cost me around £50!!
As well, I paid through RealyPay, which I never heard of!!
I paid with a debit card. Will my bank help me getting the money back?? Or , will I ever get the full amount back?
Thank you!!0 -

HI
What Diana has posted is almost word for word for the response I keep getting off a company that I tried to get cheap PANDORA charms from. £20 instead of £70 for a 3 charm bracelet.
The goods I received make cheap christmas crackers novelties look like Louis Vitton!!!
I have had numerous email arguments with them, threatened TSA and reporting them to PANDORA, the only respone I get is 40% refund, 20% of my next order (still geting head round that 1) or return the goods at MY cost $50! To which they have never supplied a return address.
When the package did arrive I discovered my mobile number advertised across the front and there was no packaging inside.
I know in hind sight I should have realised that it was "too good to be true" but looking back on their website - beadsuksale, their courier is Ambercrombie & Finch LOL
I feel a complete and utter fool but glad to discover that there are other people being duped by this horrible scammers.
And to make things more interesting, they changed their email address!!! Found them though by emailing on the realypay website. They'd gone from customerservice to customerservices A whole extra letter makes a big difference :rotfl:0 -

If you ever find a site with too good to be true prices, do a bit of research before you buy. Some things to look at -- When was the site registered and who to? This particular site was registered in December to someone in the USA, despite the footer claiming (C) since 2009.
- Do they have a physical address/telephone number on the site? This site has neither - the only means of contact is a web form.
- Check for McAfee Secure or VeriSign logos - if clicked on, these should take you to the verification site. On this site they are fake.

Realypay emailed me to say that I would have a refund over 30 days ago for a purchase which was not fulfilled £152. Never came! My emails to Realypay are bouncing back as undeliverable. Looks like a scam.0
