Hi I have just been scammed by Realypay for £151.00! You don't know this site will appear until AFTER you've paid. It seems to be the Chinese replica sites which use them. Luckily I have paid with a credit card so I should receive my full money back, something I always do if I'm not quite sure!
Let's not call them 'replica' products. They are FAKE.0 -
Hi, I think I've also just been scammed by a mulberry outlet site who uses realypay.com. The money has gone out of the account. Giz1972 - you say you got your money back? Did you just contact realypay? I'll be surprised if they re-imburse me. Thanks in advance for any replies.0

hi - i'm interested in knowing more about your experiences with realypay.com
i have just bought some items (knowing they were from china and replica items) for some research but i also got redirected to realypay!
my payment was processed and the correct amount taken
if this is a chinese "paypal", why are people moaning at the 3rd party payment site when their items didn't arrive or were fake??
in the uk if your ebay purchase goes awry, you contact ebay and not paypal.
i'm going to keep an eye on my creditcard statement for strange activity and wait the 3-10 days for my items and then feed back
thanks

Realpay are not a scam site to those of you saying. They a re a company that processes the payment just like paypal. It is the fake sites that are using them as the payment processor just like they would paypal, WU etc etc0

thanks - thats how i understand it too.
(not sure where the other posts went but hey......moderation rules)

I believe RealPay are genuine but RealyPay is the one the dodgy sites use. They sometimes refer to themselves as Realpay too in their site info but they appear to just be using RealPay's good name .0

Can somebody plz help...i have had something similar happen to me...purchased pair of air max trainers from nikeoutletstore-online.com...apparently meant to be based in usa but turns out they from china. Anyways the trainers were meant to be £47 inc £10 overseas delivery. So thought was paying £57. Then after completing my order i noticed on my account i had been debited £61.11.
I then got emails from realypay saying that the order has been processed. After a week i queried whether my order has been despatched. Then i get an email from nike outlet saying that the trainers are selling like hot cakes and they are not in stock!!! Demanded a refund and they said it can take 1 to 3 months for it to go through. Whereas realypay said it will take 20 to 40 days for the refund to go thru. But on realypay's site it says its normally done within 30 days. I just dont understand. Really annoyed...does anyone think i will get my money back, and is it normal for the seller to say that it can take 1 to 3 motnhs for the refund?? I queried to the seller why it takes that long and they replied..'tthis is what the banks tell us, not me!'0 -

You have purchased from a fake site.
Contact your card company.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
Blimey, just looked at reallypay.com's website - wow I could hardly resist typing my credit card number into that seeing as the whole site was in Chinese apart from the classic line Copyright 2010-2020 which is wonderfully futuristic.
For all I know they may be genuine and service legit companies for the Chinese market - but how would you ever know??0 -
Thanks for this information. I too have been scammed by this company.
Which e-mail address did you use to contact Realypay please? Non of the ones i've tried have worked.
Kind regards0
