Parent has a very old (1966!) oil Hoval Combination Boiler, which heats a large house and supply's hot water. It has an automatic 'valve' to control water flows. This seems to have seized-up and a manual lever doesn't move. The valve has a dome shape. Boiler is type TKS 50 and has number K4693. Can't find a heating engineer to help or who has the knowledge. Any suggestions on where to get help from would be greatly appreciated.

Why not call them on Monday, ask them if they an recommend an engineer / distributor in your area who can help?
I would imagine though, that the main problem would be obtaining replacement parts, its almost impossible to get service parts for some boilers made in the 80's, let alone the 60's, and I imagine that this model and its parts supply has long since been made obsolete.
