EA rang me back, the survey was a homebuyers (part of an incentive for the mortgage, they only had to pay 150), the buyer had rung the surveyor and asked if he could sell us the copy, the surveyor said NO, but went through the survey with him and it apparently reads alot worse than it is. He really apologises and is going to have another look at survey tonight and get back to us tomorrow. My EA said she will ring him tomorrow and see what he says and hopefully get a look at it. As it stands at moment EA have put our house back on the net and we shall wait for tomorrow! I'm still wound up though!!!I wished the buck stopped here as I could use a few!0
