We use software called Actinic, its a fully integrated ecommerce app, where many different payment options are available to customers. You can design the site yourself using their templates or get one of their approved designers to do it for a fee.
Its a great bit of software, you can download your orders straight to your desktop pc, transfer them into sage or other accounting software and you can also integrate ebay and amazon orders.
Its not that expensive too. Search google for actinic and you will find it.
