UPDATE- thank you all for your feedback...well iv had a builder in for a quote and hes quoted 4000 grand including a porch , he has also said i cant have the door where i wanted due to the stairs so i would have to pay extra to move the stairs ..and also my electric switchboard needs to be changed to the new kind?? so all in all i dont have the money to have it done by him..still considering my options as it is such a small garage if its worth spending that much on it. again thank you all for your tips

Does anyone know anything about having a conservatory added to a detached garage conversion? We are trying to make it big enough for a flat for mum0

Not enough information I'm afraid, ie, is it a new or existing garage conversion etc. Was permission originally granted for the change of use etc etc. What is the actual purpose of the conservatory? I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
