Best PAYG provider for GPRS/Data/Mobile Web?

I'm getting fed up with the restricted web access I now get with O2.

So as my PDA phone is unlocked I want to change providers, so;

Who is the best provider for this, not factoring voice as I'm a low user.

depends on your usage but the Orange 'bundles' or uncapped daily use for £1 tend to figure high on the list
