    With Swiftcover you lose the year's NCD if you make a windscreen claim.

    Ask all your local windscreen replacement companies, we had one in Cardiff called nationwide or something and they charged me about £110 a few years ago, instead of autoglass at the time £350 ish. Can't remember why I went to this local company, maybe I didn't have windscreen cover, or maybe I did and the excess was like £150, or maybe I just didn't want a claim on my file.

    I got a court letter this morning telling me I have been awarded £250 compensation (he plead guilty), strange because the police told me he had been sectioned.
