Are Talk Talk as bad as some people say?

I have been with AOL since 2001. No issues or problems until Talk Talk got involved and I transferred my telephone line from BT to them. Then I had many many disconnection and line speed problems. Eventually resulting in total broadband failure.

They said I needed an engineer from BT openreach to fix the problem and asked for 3 separate days for an engineer to choose from to come to my address. I gave their Indian call centre a choice of 3 days and heard nothing until their CEO office got in touch saying I hadnt been in when the engineer called! 4 moths later they bill me £129.99 for a failed appointment!!!!!

AVOID TALK TALK AT ALL COSTS.

Their CEO office said it was MY responsibility to check my bills every day and that basically it was not their fault.:(

Then they said I was being threatening and aggressive over the phone when I demanded my money back.

They are a total joke .....:(

I'll second blueskies comments. But I am on an anti talktalk rollercoaster at the moment and will continue to be until they get my broadband working. I've been threatened with £141.21 breakage fee this evening because I've said I want to leave because it isn't working.
