Magic has taken her final journey

Hi all.
You may remember my posts from a little while back about Magic the 4 year old Great Dane with chronic liver disease.
She took a turn for the worse at the start of this week and around 3.30 this morning the vets helped her on her final journey. We called them out to our home so that the other 2 dogs could see that she had gone and so as not to stress her by taking her to the surgery.
It was time to let her go and I know we did the right thing, but it hurts so much.
I will add more and some pictures later if I have the strength.
Thank you to all who wished her will and offered advice.

So sorry to hear this... I remember how traumatic it was when I lost my big girl, and 4 years is so young - my girl was 11.0

Oh Lisa, Im so sorry. At least your darling was loved through her short life, unlike so many poor dogs.
May she be free of any pain and running with all the dogs at Rainbow Bridge. You did the best thing for her.
