Cashback help & carphoneware email address?
Options
I am trying to find the email address for the carphonewarehouse because I don't seem to be able to send a message via their online contacts page. Does anyone have it?
The reason is that I want to complain about not receiving my cashback from e2save.com. I took out three contracts with companies owned by the carphonewarehouse last year. One was with onestopphoneshop.com and the other two were with e2save.com. My final chequeback applications were sent off at the start of January all at the same time because all three contracts were taken out at the same time. I sent them recorded delivery but have lost the receipts from the post office (not sure if Royal Mail themselves might be able to help me here). Unfortunately I have only received two of the cheques. One didn't come from e2save.com. But I can't produce a proof of postage. But surely common sense would suggest that I sent it at the same time as the others.
So I want to complain to carphonewarehouse. Any other ideas?

Don't bother sending to the email address or through their online form - both result in you receiving a standard "we are busy and therefore cannot respond to emails - phone us!" responses (not verbatim but that is the gist of the message!). I had no response either from the e2save specific email address when attempting to cancel an order.
However, if you cannot prove you posted it, it is difficult to prove that you sent it (hence recommending Recorded Delivery - but only works if you can find the receipt). No common sense involved in the process - how do they know you sent two (or indeed three) letters at the same time - they will receive hundreds each week.
Have you phoned them to chase the claim?
Good luck
