Iphone 4
Joined 3 on Sat 4th feb got the iPhone 4 which I'm getting used to slowly but noticed today that the ringer seemed to have failed i can play my music but when someone rings me it only vibrates. I have checked all the settings and can't see anything out of place so I'm wondering what is 3's exchange or repairs policy obviously i don't want to have my new phone sent off for repair within 4 days of having it

I still suspect you have turned down the ringer volume.0

As you've only just got it I'm going to ask the obvious ... have you checked the silent switch on the left hand side?
Please don't be offended!?!0 -
Not offended at all have poked and prodded everything but i suspect that somewhere I've pushed something as its my first iPhone and a bit different from my usual ones0
