Hi,
Im after a bit of help. I've used Quidco for years and never had a problem until yesterday
I placed an order online with Virgin Media, for a 18month tv,phone, broadband package to claim the £142.50 Quidco cashback offer.
It is still live on Quidco, with Exclusive Rate expires in 4 days. The 30th January I signed up, and it tracked no problem.
Quidco Support are stating they've had a large amount of declines with VM recently, and VM are as useless as a chocolate fireguard. I've phoned them and nobody seems to have a clue what I am referring to.
Do i have a 28day cooling off period after installation? As if the cashback isn't validated by then, regardless of installed or not, I don't want the service.
The only thing that made me move was the cashback on offer

My installation is set for tomorrow, and I really don't fancy the hassle of getting everything up and running and cashback not being honoured, then having to get it all removed etc.
The only thing that attracted me was the Cashback incentive, without that, I would rather stay with SkyMember #120 £2012 in 2012 - £297.74/£2012 14.79%

28days to cancel0

According to Quidco's stats 100% of cashback from VM has been paid between 90 and 180 days so you should be ok?0
