But, like my JRT puppy, they think they ARE pitbulls! My JRT is like no other dog I have ever known, he is the best. Thinks he is 10 feet tall, barks like a rottweiler, loves me as if I am the only person on this earth......sigh, I'm not besotted by him, am I? :rotfl:

one of my jrt's is having a bad week, nearly lost an eye as he is always into things, so he is having lots of tlc at the mo. enjoy your break x

Although what you've described sounds like an absolutely perfect weekend I have to admit I wouldn't exactly be excited about staying in a strange house, in the middle of nowhere on my own :eek:
But i'd probably give it a go. If all else fails keep the hallway light on and the dog at your feet. I certainly wouldn't mess with a Jack Russell
