Does anyone have the email address for Tiscali technical support/customer services?

I have tried to fill out the online form, but when I put in my email address, it asks me to create a new account!!!

Grrr!

Very, very, frustrating!

If you dont mind using the dreaded rip off 0870 no ,you can phone them on Sat or Sun. The cost then from a BT landline is 1.5 pmin. Moneysaving expert lists the cheapest options.

Hi Minerva

I'm with Tiscali and ran into the same thing. You have to create a slightly different account with them to get tech support. Not a great deal of use I've found but can be OK for checking the basics. They usually want you to phone an 0870 number at some point, but they will call you if you inists in your e-mail.

I have had severe problems with my connection and spent a fortune on the phone to tiscali. I have now decided to close my account and asked for a MAC code. I see in the terms and conditions that you have to do this in writing. Can anyone tell me the address. I have not found it yet. And incidentally, having cancelled my account verbally I have just been sent notification that my new broadband pack is on the way "we hope you enjoy your new tiscali service". I really do want to get out. Any advice greatfully received

To cancel your broadband account with Tiscali, phone 0845 077 4488 and tell them you want a MAC code. They will of course, go through all the questions as to why you want to leave, then eventually they'll tell you that the MAC will be e-mailed to you and it may take up to 5 days. It will go to your @tiscali.co.uk e-mail address.

I just did it on Friday and two hours later, the MAC code was with me.
