    Hi im waiting too, had a few emails here and there just waiting for conformation i am not sure that they view ppi claims in the same way as the FOS.

    No I believe that they way it's calculated we will get slightly less?
    No too much of an issue for me though I just want a refund of what I've paid!!

    Wish fscs would hurry up and declare them in default, I wonder how long we're gonna have to wait for that to happen?
