I think what TOWIU is asking, is, did you do a 'send' or refund?
If you 'refunded' then they cannot get anymore from you. But if you did it by 'send', then they're still entitled to their original transaction to be refunded.

Yes that's what I mean.
If they have refunded from the original payment then they need only refund the 'rest'. But if they 'paid' the second postage, the original payment still stands to be claimed. Does that make sense
