Valued Opinions Survey - Personal Care

  • I only use VO as other survey sites I have tried seem really dodgy and don't even credit you with a single point or credit or whatever they claim to give you, but with VO I am just about to claim my third £10 Amazon e-voucher since July (and the last one I only got about 5 or 6 weeks back) and am up to £6 odd towards the next one. It is annoying when surveys freeze you out after completing most of the questions, I also did a survey last year where the company doing it said it didn't meet their 'quality control standards' I took a long while over that survey, so annoying but VO didn't take back what they had credited me with. Also did one about TV the other day and it would not allow me to tick anything except 'none of these apply' in every section of the survey so I put that in the comments as the end; it did come up low starred at the end when it redirects to VO so clearly others had also had issues with it
  • Another question.

How long should a survey that has been completed be in the 'pending' section? I've had a survey 'pending' for payment since Xmas Day which was over 2 months ago and it hasn't been credited. Anyone got any longer dates in their pending section?
House Deposit: £28,000 and still saving!
  • They do have the odd bad survey link but normally an email to support gets the "We will do our best to prevent this is the future" type of response.

Survey payments should be cleared within 28 days. That what it says on their website.
