    Hi everyone.

Has anyone done the 7 Day Survey about Sky which involved an initial survey, then texting/completing an online diary and then a further survey at the end of the 7 days. The reward was for £4.

I've just completed the final part of the survey, clicked 'submit' and it say's you have already completed this survey. I went to check my transactions, and nothing has been added into my 'pending' list.

Anyone else have this problem. Pretty suspicious that it has somehow messed up when the reward is for £4.
Hi, I'm new to this forum so bear with me!! I have done this survey so can reassure you that it is legitimate. I don't recall receiving that error message on that particular survey but have on occasion had it on others....but then gone on to receive the payment. The Sky survey I recall was particularly slow on crediting. It wouldn't hurt to send an e-mail to make them aware, but you will probably find it shows in a few days. They aren't always very quick on showing the pending surveys or paying them, but I've learnt not to worry, just 'keep an eye on it' to make sure you don't lose out.
I was only on this site because I've been having trouble accessing surveys and was looking to see if anyone else was having similar problems but I think mine is a more technical issue. But hope I have helped.

    Thank you.

I e-mailed them and they said there was an error with the survey and that the company has sent a new link, this was 4 days ago and I still haven't recieved this supposed link. I've e-mailed back as this £4 will get me to my next £10.

Another problem is that the last few survey's they have offered me have said that I have previously taken part in the study/your data is inconsistant. I havn't taken part in the survey, and i'm honest with my opinions.

Finally, I have just spent 15 minutes doing a survey about the RAF. According to the top part of the screen I was half way throught it. Then suddenly, it re-directs me to a page saying "We have enough applicants for this survey". Why, did they wait until 15 minutes into the Survey to tell me this? I'm not sure if it was an error because the previous page said "We're about to show you some adverts and want to know if you have seen them" but when I clicked next it re-directed me. That's 15 minutes i'll not get back.

I'm starting to get really annoyed with Valued Opinions now.

  • Does anyone who completed the £4 mobile survey have a copy of the instructions of what we have to do? (just signed up to it). Or can just fill me in on what I have to text them?

The Valued Opinion user experience sure is frustrating -- they popped up the instructions once, and now I can't get back to them.

For anyone considering it though, it's not a scam (or not a *complete* scam, I have wondered about some of their dead pages in the past). Certainly I've managed to build up to £10 reasonably fast and am on my second £10. That's with a lot of half completed surveys for one reason or another. Certainly it doesn't work out at a good hourly rate, but if you're just filling them in at lunch at work (as I am for instance) it's a nice way to build up a few pounds for an Amazon order or two.
  • I'd like to know what it means when the participation history has "fully complete not rewarded" against a survey. I'll wait until 28 days has gone past and see if I get credited for this one. It was a consumer goods survey.
    Don't mess with pensioners.

Have done a couple of these before & I think you should get an email or text message with the instructions and codes in it.Then usually an email with a link to the diary appears.
  • Thanks. I got a text with the codes in, but no instructions of any sort so far. Hopefully on their way then.

  • Sounds like the results are run against a random selection indicator and for some reason they think the answers were just ticked at random?

  • That's a shame when you take the time and trouble to complete a survey and answer the questions to the best of your ability.

  • Just tried another survey about the national lottery, spent 10 minutes answering question and THEN it decides to screen me out. What an absolute p**s take it's becoming.

  • I had a reply from Valued Opinions about the survey that had "fully complete not rewarded" against it. VO said
sometimes a survey is open for longer than 28 days in order to get enough responses. This may cause a delay to the usual timeframe but we will try to process them as soon as we can.

If you cannot see a survey pending at all please do not worry. There can sometimes be a problem with a survey not showing as pending at all, particularly third party surveys, SMS diary surveys, product tests or online forums. In these instances the credit will go directly into the balance (without ever showing in pending) when the survey is processed.

Also please be aware that on some occasions the server does not link back to our homepage at the end of a survey, but if you completed the survey successfully you will be rewarded with everyone else when the credits go through in the usual 28 days even if there was a problem at the end and it is not shown as pending.

It might be useful to anyone else who's wondering about surveys they've done and not been paid for.
