Se MP3 Ringtone Help Needed

I have a SE K610i and I can no longer use MP3's as ringtones. I can put them onto the phone but it wont let me select them as ringtones does anyone know what i have done or can help me fix this.

tested on a k608i on 3 and a virgin k750i

go into file manager select the mp3 tone > more > use as > ringtone

or if that dont work try Main menu > settings > sounds and alerts > ringtone and select the tone you want.

if that still dont work, the file may be protected by DRM and wont allow you to use it as a ringtone.

you could always try and update your phone via SEUS
