Has anyone else discovered 'pinterest'?

Hi Drummer,

Just wondering if you managed to sort your Pinterest probs out? I'm having exactly the same - I can't upload a profile picture at all and every time I unlink from FB when I go back in it's linking again...Grrrrrr :mad:

Still getting a bit obsessed with it though :rotfl:

Glad Im not the only one, I would of thought something like this would have been quite a common thing, I thought it couldnt just be me!
No I still havent sorted it. I tried deleting my account but guess what?...it wont let me do that either, just scrolls back to the top of the page.
Ive emailed them again about the problems and asked if they can delete my account. I'll give them a few days to see if they do anything, if not I'll probably re-register with a different email and use my twitter to sign up.
Ive never had any issues like this with any site before.

I will still be browsing it,just dont want to pin anything or comment etc while I still have my unwanted profile pic up.

Such a shame as it really is a good idea, there is something called pinspire which is exactly the same layout and everything and there is an option to search uk, as I do find alot of the stuff on pinterest is american, but pinspire is not aswell known you can tell as there isnt as much in a search result, so probably not worth using until it gets more users

I have just joined and it made me follow some people I don't like but can't work out if its grey follow / unfollow is following or not. I have tried both but someone's horrid picture s still appearing on my wall!

unfollow them, it does seem to take time to register, but as you add more pins yourself they do disappear.

This is another problem I have, it automatically followed loads of people based on my interests, but I unfollowed all of them, but they still show on my 'who Im following' bit so I can see all their stuff, but my profile says 0 following.

I've been Stumblingupon Pininerest for a long time. If I like what I see, I stumble it.

My FB and Stumbleupon accounts are not linked.

So Ive managed to set up another account via twitter and was still having the same problems!!!

I know now its my internet browser, I turned on my desktop computer(which rarely gets used) and logged on to my original account, changed pic and unlinked fb straight away...so annoying cos now I have two accounts neither of which I can use on my laptop, my desktop is painfully slow so cant use that.

I have internet explorer 9 on my laptop, which its not working on, and explorer 8 on desktop which seems to work, hope this helps anyone having the same problems.

Hopefully this is something they are aware of and are gonna try and resolve. Hours spent browsing the internet and Ive found quite a few people all complaining of various problems, so just seems like a very glitchy site probably depending on which broswer used, I know chrome seems to be another problem.
