I have ceramic too. The wife loves it. Like the post above ours has no knobs on it, just flat galss with touch controls. Easily cleaned.
Induction hobs work when the pan is placed onto the 'ring' and it heats instantly. When the pan is removed it switched off instantly and with no residual heat, so I have heard.0 -
