You cant now. As you have opened a NPB. You can do a cancellation or a NPB (you only get one bite at the cherry so to speak).0 -

You could try Goofbays bid history, tick show sellers, although I don't know if a cancelled item will come up on there, or whether your buyer won the item before it was cancelled.

What if he pays the £6 then claims it back after you remove the NPB strike?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

The safest way is to continue with the NPB.
If you accept the offer - not only can he try and claim the money back - he can leave you bad feedback with low stars. Not worth the risk.0 -

Actually there is a way to change a NPB into a mutual, not that I would do in this instance.
Click on the case details, and there will be a couple of options.
One to close the case because the buyer has paid, and one to close the case and open a mutual cancellation.
The 7 days starts again....and of course the buyer can decline and leave bad feedback.0 -

This was discussed the other day and I don't get those options (ebay don't trust me with more than 2 choices )
I have a case open at the moment, I only have two options.
1) is to wait for the 4 days and close it to get my fees back and give buyer a strike (greyed out at moment as it hasn't been 4 days yet)
2) Close case- and there is a warning that this means I lose my FVFs.

I do have it. Very odd. I know you said you were a powerseller, so it cannot be just for that.....?0 -

I don't think ebay like me
I don't use any form of seller or pro manager though, coudl it be something additional that those give you?
I have an NPB open at the moment and I'd cut and paste what I have- except that is a bit techie for me! I'd love to know why there seems to be variations of different accounts.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Shotgun_Rider wrote: »Hi All
Just after some opinions. I accepted an offer on a Buy It Now item last week for £60.00, less than an hour later the guy e-mailed to tell me that he didn't want the item as ebay had cancelled the item that he had bought to go with it so he had no use for mine any longer.
My reply to him was to buy another one from there to go with mine. He said none were suitable for him. His cancelled item was a scalextric set, there are hundreds on there! He told me that he wasn't paying.
I waited a week and filed a NPB last night to which he replied with "Well Done!!!" I told him I wanted my £6 in fees back. Never mind the fact that non paying bidders should have the strike against them.
He has now offered to pay the £6 fee. Would you let him off and let him pay the fee or not?
If you let him off it wont help future sellers.
He could still leave you bad feedback
He could still mess with your sellers ratings.0
